Yo,

It aint easy, I'm going to start with this because yo, filming is interaction and control of the most part even though i don't like to shoot this way.

To make the illest shit you and the subject need to have full confidence while shooting what ever it is your shooting from lifestyle to freestyle to action etc etc, my whole life in the filming tribe started 15years ago and I pride myself in keeping it real and really fresh ie. have my own style...keepin it real as in relative to our culture;)

I believe that people want to see the true lifestyle of a bboy, not some super hero fake make believe love story drama transformer robot rnb super club shit its been done 10 times already, this is hiphop not flipflop and thats what those movies always turn out to be, flops. unfortunately for the bboys we are left with the bat wings.

The closest thing to a bboy lifestyle film with out having anything to do with bboying is the movie "KIDS" Its real and raw and the characters in it are playing themselves, I want to do a movie like this, I want to make a feature film one day about the culture today! I want to make something that is raw...Let me know anyone that is down cause I have a screen play ready and all I need is... 1. the culture to trust me 2. the money to pay everyone and make it happen! WERD IS BORN!

I love this culture just as much as you and the history to me is a great one!

Ok so at the r16 we put in place a electronic judging system and i gotta say personally im not down just because the judges that are usually chosen to judge know what they like and know their shit and they make their judgments on so many intricate things i mean im not one to judge on this but this clip im showing on another medium might be on to something - you judge for yourself. peace M

This right here on a filmers perspective really inspired me as an editor, Its one of the better produced early films of its time and Rawbzillas section in this movie was hella dope and his section alone inspired me. it featured dancers: Kujo, Elsewhere, Rawbzilla, Midus & many more and i really recommend this to bboys wanting to start making dope bboying films and also buy something as a piece of art. --'1 ON 1 BBOY/BGIRL BATTLE FOR SUPREMACY!!!'--
This year for the 1 on 1's we're collaborating with the infamous 'Circle Kingz' where the first part of the battles will run according to the Classic Cipher eliminations.
For those who aren't aware of how it works....Basically we let the DJ spin some ill beats for a certain amount of time whilst the Bboys/Bgirls get down and represent in the Ciphers.
Secret judges(Approximately 10) will observe the battles picking the top Bboys/Bgirls who repped the hardest in their opinion. Not only will the secret judges be picking people but it is also up to them to test people on the floor if theyre unsure not to mention just getting down!!! So you'll have no clue who all the judges are apart from the 'Special Guest International Judges'.
This means you'll have to be on point non stop!!!
The chosen dancers will then go on to the battles!!!
